SECTION 1 – WORK MODEL

The resources shall work from Aayan Infotech’s place of business in Lucknow, India. For requirement gathering, a Project Manager will coordinate with the Client’s point of contact. Weekly meetings will be set up for status updates between the Client’s point of contact and Aayan Infotech’s Project Manager.

The Project Manager and Designer will be the primary contacts for any technical issues related to the project.

SECTION 2 – PROJECT METHODOLOGY & TIMELINES

The project shall be executed using Agile Methodology, which promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development and delivery, a time-boxed iterative system approach, and encourages a rapid and flexible response to change.

Highlights:

Logo: Will be provided.
Project Start: The project will commence within one week of awarding.
Staging Server: Provided for interim and fast-paced delivery.
Source Code: Protected under NDA & IPR and is owned by the Client.
Project Collaboration and Management Tools: Available for tracking.
Third-Party Tools: Any third-party tool, module, or component will be paid for and owned by the Client.

SECTION 3 – REQUIREMENTS FROM CLIENT

Decision-Making: Making choices where the choice impacts the timeline and cost towards an alternative that reduces timelines and costs, balancing out on timeline and features.
Design Sign-Off: Providing sign-off on designs shared. Ensuring feedback on UI and UX concepts within 2 business days; any delay will increase the timeline accordingly.
System Testing: Ensuring the testing of the system development release by their users starts 15 working days before the system release date. Ensuring appropriate devices are available to test the website and app at least 7 days before the delivery date.
Feedback on System Flow: Providing feedback on the system flow within 2 business days of receiving the web and mobile system flow.
Server and Account Details: Purchasing servers and providing Aayan Infotech with the necessary credentials.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT & DATA SECURITY

We use Razorpay for processing payments. Neither Aayan Infotech nor Razorpay stores your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) during payment processing. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend reading their privacy policies to understand how your personal information will be handled. Certain providers may be located in or have facilities in different jurisdictions than either you or us, so your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where that service provider or its facilities are located.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

SECTION 7 – COOKIES

We use cookies to maintain the session of your user. It is not used to personally identify you on other websites.

SECTION 8 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If Aayan Infotech is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners to continue selling products and services to you.
